How will I need to prove that I have been fully vaccinated?

You will be required to prove that you have had both of your vaccines, plus your third booster dose, at check-in.

If you live in England or the Isle of Man, you are able to obtain your personal vaccine status in both digital and non-digital form.

The NHS has a mobile app that shows your vaccination status. We will accept this as proof of your vaccinations.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet, you can download a printable version from the NHS website. Alternatively, you can call 119 and request that a paper version is sent to you in the post. Please be aware that some destinations do require you to provide a QR code rather than a letter. If this is the case, we will let you know in your pre-departure information before your cruise.

Please note, the digital download has a QR code that is only valid for 28 days. Please only download this in the days leading up to your cruise to make sure it is valid at the time of sailing.

If you live in Scotland, you can access your Covid vaccine status via the free NHS Scotland Covid Status app, download a copy from the NHS Scotland website at or request a printed copy by calling the Covid-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565. Please note, these should only be requested when travelling within 14 days.  

Guests in Jersey will automatically receive a certificate after having your second Covid-19 vaccination. Certificates will also be automatically issued in Guernsey 14 days after your second dose.

Guests travelling from Wales should register for an ‘NHS Covid Pass’ using the NHS Covid Pass website Please note, digital barcodes will expire after 30 days.

Guests travelling from Ireland can prove their vaccine status using their EU Digital Covid Certificate. This should be automatically sent to you via post or email once you have received both of your vaccinations.

For anyone travelling from Northern Ireland, you can download a Covid certificate via the COVIDCertNI App, which will be valid for three months. Alternatively, you can request a paper version by calling 0300 200 7814, available Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm.
