How will I need to prove that I have been fully vaccinated?

You will be required to prove that you have had both of your vaccines at check-in.

If you live in England or the Isle of Man, you are able to obtain your personal vaccine status in both digital and non-digital form.

The NHS has a mobile app that shows your vaccination status. We will accept this as proof of your vaccinations.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet, you can download a printable version from the NHS website. Alternatively, you can call 119 and request that a paper version is sent to you in the post.

Please note, the digital download has a QR code that is only valid for 28 days. Please only download this in the days leading up to your cruise to make sure it is valid at the time of sailing.

Those living in Scotland can request a printed copy of their vaccination status by calling the Covid-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565. Please note, these should only be requested when travelling within 14 days.

Guests in Jersey will automatically receive a certificate after having your second Covid-19 vaccination. Certificates will also be automatically issued in Guernsey 14 days after your second dose.

Guests travelling from Wales should register for an ‘NHS Covid Pass’ no later than 2 weeks before you are due to travel.

For anyone travelling from Ireland or Northern Ireland we will accept your vaccination card, given to you at the time of your vaccinations, until a system is in place for these nations.
