2026 Fly Cruise

What is a Fly Cruise?
A Fly Cruise combines the benefits of a Fred. Olsen cruise with the added convenience of flying straight to and/or from your destination.
What's included in my Fly Cruise fare?
Alongside everything that comes as standard on a Fred. Olsen cruise, your fly cruise fare also includes some extras.
How do I find my ATOL certificate?
ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence) provides financial protection for your Fly Cruise.
When can I join the ship, and what are the flight times?
Our fly-cruises start in the Mediterranean ports of Alicante, Valletta, Heraklion, Limassol, Athens and Tenerife.
Are meals or refreshments provided on my flight?
Food and drinks will be available to purchase on board your easyJet flight or at the airport after security.
What are the passport and visa requirements?
No matter where you’re heading in the world, we recommend that your passport has more than six months validity left after the date of arrival into your destination countries.
Where can I find all my flight details?
Details of your flights will be provided with your final cruise documents and can also be seen on your booking confirmation.
How do I check-in for my flight?
For all airlines, your tickets and/or boarding passes will be sent no later than seven days before departure.
When will I receive my boarding pass and tickets?
You'll receive your boarding pass direct from easyJet once you've completed check-in via their app or website.
Can I pre-book my seats on the plane or add additional luggage?
With easyJet (London Gatwick or Manchester) you can pre-select your seats directly with the airline.
How do I book airport assistance for the UK and at my destination?
Please inform us at the time of booking if you require airport assistance or would like to discuss a medical condition that you feel the airline should be made aware of.
What's my luggage allowance?
Allowances vary by airline. If you’re flying with different airlines on your outbound and return journeys, please follow the lowest allowances.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel, please get in touch with our Guest Services team who'll be there to help.
What happens if there is a change to my flight?
In the unlikely event of a change to your flight, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Keep checking the FCDO website
Check the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) website regularly.
Security
Procedures vary by airport and the security team will be on hand to let you know more.
On board the aircraft
Please ensure you give the cabin crew your full attention during the safety demonstration as their primary role is your safety and comfort.
When will I find out about my return transfer details?
We’ll pop a letter in your cabin a couple of days before disembarkation with all the details you’ll need.
What do I need to do with my luggage?
The letter we pop into your cabin will include all the information you need.
