What will happen if I contract Covid-19 while I am on board?

If you test positive for Covid-19 during your cruise with us, we will provide you with a new cabin (with a balcony whenever possible) where you will be able to rest comfortably, safe in the knowledge that our medical team will be on hand to support you.

The next steps will depend on the situation in the destinations we are visiting at that time. Our preference will always be for you to complete your isolation on board. In some cases, to comply with requirements set by the destination (or of future destinations on the cruise) we will need to arrange for you to safely disembark at the next appropriate port of call so that you can complete your isolation in a hotel ashore.

If you stay with us on the ship, your isolation will end once you can return two negative lateral flow tests on consecutive days, anytime from days 6 and 7.

As we are seeing here in the UK, requirements at each of the destinations can change.

Of course, whether you are on the ship or in a hotel, we will be in regular contact with you so that we can support you while you complete your isolation.
