Can I cancel my Shore Tour booking?
If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel an already booked Shore Tour, please call the Tours team on 01473 746 163 or email destinationexperiences@fredolsen.co.uk.
Available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
A minimum 10% cancellation charge will be incurred, should you cancel a tour on board. Full terms & conditions can be found here.
No charge will be made for cancelling tours up to 4 working days prior to departure, unless there is a non-refundable event ticket or flight within the tour charge. (This will be advised on your ticket).
