Scenic Discoveries – Duart Castle
As you scenic cruise the peaceful Sound of Mull, keep a look out for the 13th Century Duart Castle, perched on a crag at the end of a peninsula proudly guarding the sea cliffs of the Isle of Mull. The castle occupies one of the most spectacular positions on the coast of West Scotland with the decks of your ship offering one of the best vantage points to view it.

Tour to Tresco Abbey Garden
Explore the sub-tropical botanical paradise of Tresco Abbey Garden. Sitting in the ruins of a Benedictine priory, it is home to an impressive collection of 20,000 plant species heralding from as far as New Zealand. As you explore this ‘perennial Kew’, keep your eyes peeled for red squirrels, one of Britain’s most treasured yet most endangered species, darting about in the trees alongside the humble bee.

Each of our British Isles cruises will feature a curated programme of events with guest speakers to give you a deeper understanding of the places we are visiting, plus the scenic sights and the outstanding wildlife you could spot from decks of your ship.

Our Scenic Discoveries are designed to allow you to enjoy seeing the world from the unique perspective of our ship. From the Basalt columns of Fingal’s Cave or the Sea Stacks at Duncansby Head, to the peaceful waters of the Sound of Mull.

As we explore the British Isles together you’ll be able to sample various treats of the region in our on board restaurants – such as the infamous Cornish Pasty! Our talented Chefs will also provide cookery demonstrations throughout your cruise, where you will learn to recreate traditional dishes.
