We’ve listened to guest feedback and made some helpful updates to Colours & Tastes, our speciality restaurant. Here’s a simple guide to what’s new for 2026, along with how to plan ahead.
What’s new at Colours & Tastes in 2026?
We have three dining options:
- Asian Fusion - vibrant flavours and guest favourites
- Italian - classic, comforting dishes made with fresh ingredients
- Grill - premium cuts from the grill, served with indulgent sides
Did you know?
Our chefs have created two menus for each concept, giving guests even more opportunities to experience their creativity and skill.
What is the new Chef’s Table?
Chef’s Table is a special multi‑course dinner with premium wine pairings, hosted in an intimate setting.
How can I plan my speciality dining?
In your ship‑specific guides below, you’ll find:
- Full Colours & Tastes menu rotations for 2026 and early 2027
- Menu numbers for each dining option
- Dates for your formal nights
What are the prices?
Colours & Tastes:
- £20pp when booked before sailing (added to your on‑board account)
- £25pp when booked on board
Chef’s Table:
- £100pp
