Managing your Cruise

Once your booking has been made managing your cruise from our 'My Cruises' section of our website and app couldn't be easier. For those guests new to Fred. Olsen simply complete the registration form using a secure username and password, and login to view the details of the Fred. Olsen cruise holidays in your personal cruise organiser anytime you wish.

In our 'My Cruises' section you can:

  • Manage your future cruises
  • Complete your Guest Information Form
  • Search for and book your Shore Tours - Available approximately six to eight weeks before departure
  • Pre-book your speciality dining reservations, Traditional Afternoon Tea and Spa appointments
  • View your Fred. Olsen cruising history
Your cruise Ticket

After completing your Guest Information Form and your booking, organising all of your extras and booking your Shore Tours we’re sure you’ll be eager to get your hands on your cruise tickets, ready for departure day.

Tickets will be sent by email two to three weeks before departure via your Travel Agent, or straight to your inbox if you booked direct with us. Personalised luggage labels will also be dispatched 14 days before departure and delivered directly to your home address Please allow for up to five working days for delivery.

Airport hotels, parking & lounges with 'Holiday Extras'

If you wish to start your fly-cruise holiday early, or extend your time away from it all with a relaxing pre or post cruise stay at your departure/arrival airport. There are great savings to be had with our partner Holiday Extras.

Airport Hotels (plus parking) from £36.50 per day.

Secure Airport Parking
It can cost as little as £3.34 a day for airport parking. 

Meet & Greet Parking
From only £8.40 per day you can just drive to the airport and your car will be collected by a courier, then returned ready for your arrival back into the UK.

Airport Lounges
1st Class seats, economy class price. Book an affordable airport lounge and give yourself a first class send off, leaves the stresses of everyday life behind. Prices from £15 per person.

A fast-track pass will have you flying through the terminal. Avoid airport security queues, from only £3 per person.
