Where do I find my Guest Information Form?

You'll find your Guest Information Form in the 'My Cruises' section of our site and app. After completing all your booking details, we can then organise all your extras and send you your cruise tickets.

Please note that you must complete your form before we are able to send your tickets to you.

If you are experiencing any problems completing your Guest Information Form, please call our Guest Services team on 0800 0355 145 or e-mail guest.services@fredolsen.co.uk.
Available 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
