What restrictions should I expect with shore tour options if I'm in a wheelchair?

While we do our utmost to ensure as full an experience as possible for disabled guests, we regrettably cannot guarantee that assistance by qualified persons will be available at all ports of call. Unless able to board a vehicle unassisted, it is not usually possible for wheelchair users to participate in organised shore tours.

To discuss independent tours with adapted vehicles, please contact our Shore Tours team on 01473 292 444 (option 2), or via email Our Shore Tours team are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

For health and safety reasons, it is also not possible to bring any guests ashore via a tender service if confined to a wheelchair. Equally, it is only possible to accomodate collapsible wheelchairs on a tender if the user needs the minimum of assistance to board and alight the vessel. This will be at the discretion of our security staff on the day.
