What is the Traditional Afternoon Tea service?

Nothing beats the special experience of afternoon tea on board a Fred. Olsen cruise. Guests who take the opportunity to enjoy our premium Traditional Afternoon Tea service will take in views from our stylish Observatory Lounge with musical accompaniment from our on board pianist and other classical musicians. A selection of premium teas from The Rare Tea Company will be offered, along with elegant finger sandwiches, dainty pastries, cakes and warm scones with jam and cream.

Offered on selected sea days, guests can book this lovely afternoon tea in advance by using the pre-book button in your 'My Cruises' account -  from 13 weeks before and up to 1 day prior to departure. 

Please note: This service incurs a nominal fee of just £13 per person, and is a supplement to our existing afternoon tea service of delicious sandwich and cake options, which will continue as usual on all our ships.

Or, step back into a golden era with our Jubilee Afternoon Tea, taking place on the final sea day of your cruise. This special event blends classic British charm with vintage-inspired entertainment, including live music and dancing, as you indulge in a selection of elegant sweet and savoury treats.
