For many years, Greenland was a land of kayakers, essentially used by the Inuits for hunting and fishing. The culture of Qajaq (kayaking) still stands today, more so for recreational reasons. Greenlanders are renowned for their singing, so from Nanortalik, join us and listen to peaceful psalms and merry songs sung by a local choir dressed in national costume.
