Frequently asked questions
Why has Diamond-Elite become Diamond?
Following feedback from guests like you, we've dropped the "Elite" from the name — it's now simply Diamond. Nothing about your benefits changes, and Diamond remains a step above Platinum. Signature is now the new level above Diamond.
What is Oceans Signature?
Signature is our new top membership level, for guests who reach 1,001 nights or more sailing with us. It sits above Diamond and includes free standard WiFi, a complimentary cabin upgrade on Freedom Fare bookings, and invitations to exclusive shoreside events, alongside everything already enjoyed at Diamond level.
How do cruise points work?
You earn one cruise point for every night you sail with us, added to your account on the last day of your voyage and visible in your My Cruises account. Points become void if there's a gap of more than five years between cruises.
What fare type do I need to book to use my Oceans Club benefits?
Book on a Freedom Fare to make the most of your Oceans Club on board benefits. Guests who book a Saver Fare will still earn cruise points, but won't have access to on board benefits.
What are the on board welcome treats for Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Signature guests?
Gold guests receive a bag of milk and dark chocolates in their cabin. Platinum, Diamond and Signature guests can choose between a wash and fold laundry voucher or hot drinks from The Bookmark Café — the number of drinks increasing with each level.
**Value of up to £4.20 per hot drink. Excludes liquors and syrups. No cash alternative.
How do I get Wi-Fi as a Signature or Diamond member?
Access depends on your membership tier:
Signature members get complimentary Standard Wi-Fi for the whole cruise.
A few days before departure, our Oceans Team will email your Wi-Fi access code to the lead Signature member on the booking. Save it or take a screenshot before you travel — you'll need it once on board. When you arrive, connect to the ship's guest Wi-Fi network, create an account (if you don't already have one), and enter your code to get online.
Diamond members get 50% off all Standard Wi-Fi packages, whatever the duration.
Packages are available in a range of lengths (1, 5, 7 or 14 days) depending on your cruise. Once on board, connect to the guest Wi-Fi network, create an account, and choose your package — it will show at full price, but our onboard team will apply your 50% discount manually during your cruise. The discount applies to any additional packages you buy later in the voyage too.
What else should I know?
- Packages cover one device at a time, but you can switch devices whenever you like
- Wi-Fi is provided via satellite, so speed and availability can be affected by weather, coverage and other factors outside our control
- Streaming services (Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc.) aren't supported

The on board welcome gifts are based on the number of consecutive nights you’re on board. Entitlement is per person and applies to Platinum and Diamond and Signature
