Welcome to our Oceans Loyalty Club

Our Oceans Club has five membership levels, each offering a range of great benefits to enjoy.

Your membership level is based on the number of cruise points you’ve earned, with one point awarded for each night you sail with us. Simply put, the more you cruise with Fred. Olsen, the more benefits you can unlock and enjoy.

All cruise points (nights on board) you earn throughout your cruise will be added to your account on the last day of your voyage, and can be viewed in your My Cruises account.

You’ll automatically become a Bronze member after your first night on board a Fred. Olsen ship. After accumulating 31 nights, you’ll be upgraded to Silver membership, and Gold membership is awarded to guests who have enjoyed between 101 and 250 nights cruising with us. 

Guests who have spent 251-500 nights on board become Platinum members, and those who have spent 501 or more nights on board become Diamond Elite, the highest level of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ Oceans Club membership.
Please note: points become void if there is longer than a five year gap between cruises.

Book your cruise on a Freedom Fare to make the most of your Oceans Club benefits. Guests who choose to book on a Saver Fare will still earn points, but will not have access to Oceans on board benefits.

We’ve been welcoming guests into our Oceans Club since January 1st 2000, with a few exclusions along the way.

* Gold members guests will receive one gift per cabin. ** Platinum and Diamond Elite guests will receive individual gifts.

^ Wash & Fold service replenished every 14 nights you sail consecutively with us.

  • Gold Members will receive a bag of milk and dark chocolates in their cabin
  • Platinum Members can chose from a wash and fold laundry voucher or 3 hot drinks from The Bookmark Café**
  • Diamond Elite Members can choose from a wash and fold laundry voucher or 4 hot drinks from The Bookmark Café**

    **Value of up to £4.20 per hot drink. Excludes liquors and syrups. No cash alternative.
  • Diamond Elite members, on sailings of five nights or more will receive a speciality dining voucher.
  • The voucher is valid for two people and can be used for:
    • A meal in our speciality restaurant, Colours and Taste*
    • Our traditional afternoon tea
    • Our brand new Jubilee afternoon tea
  • For every 28 consecutive nights spent onboard, a new voucher will be provided

*excludes Chef's Table experience.

The on board welcome gifts are based on the number of consecutive nights you’re on board. Entitlement is per person and applies to Platinum and Diamond Elite members.
