Once submitted, you will be contacted to confirm receipt and action of the cancellation request. The tables below are for your reference and show the cancellation fees that apply to cancelled bookings.

Cancellation of Saver Fares & Special Offers
Cancellation of special offers, for example (but not limited to), Saver Fares, 2 for 1 offers, added benefits, 3 for 2 offers will incur the following cancellation fee:
