Latest Updates
We’re continually evolving our fleet to enhance your experience, from introducing new dining concepts and upgrading décor to creating exciting new spaces on board. From 2026 onwards, we’re making further enhancements across our three ships based on the things our guests tell us they value most – more choice, more comfort and more moments to enjoy.
What's New
We recently announced some exciting enhancements to our dining experiences. Highlights include rotating menus at Colours & Tastes, from Italian favourites and surf and turf to bold Asian fusion, from early 2026. Guests can also look forward to an intimate Chef’s Table experience with wine pairings, as well as the debut of Borealis’ Fresco, a Mediterranean-inspired open-air venue perfect for light snacks in the sunshine or relaxed evenings under the stars.
Enhancements to our on board Entertainments
From February 2026, guests sailing aboard our three smaller-sized ocean ships – Bolette, Borealis and Balmoral – will be among the first to experience a refreshed and dynamic daytime entertainment programme. From September 2026, the full programme will be live across the fleet, blending brand-new theatre productions with a wide variety of live experiences.
The new programme will feature an exciting mix of production shows spanning musical theatre, Latin, rock, pop, disco, country and more, complemented by engaging themed events, game shows, light entertainment and food & beverage experiences. All are designed to bring fresh and memorable moments to life at sea, while retaining the warmth, intimacy and charm that guests have come to expect from Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines.
What's on the Horizon
On the horizon, our enhanced Suite Dreams package will bring even more inclusions and thoughtful little luxuries to your stay in our finest accommodation, while refreshed entertainments and daytime activities will give you even more ways to enjoy time at sea.
