At Fred. Olsen, we’re a little different to the bigger cruise lines, and proudly so. Cruising, to us, is about enjoying the journey and seeing the world in comfort and style. It’s also about choice – the freedom to explore your way. It’s travel at its most rewarding: unhurried, carefully considered and full of character.

We understand how important it is for you to be able to experience life on board a cruise ship, especially if you have never cruised before or have only enjoyed voyages on large ships. 

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to join us on board where you can experience our small ships first hand and learn more about what makes us different, which will assist you in sharing your experience with your members, after your visit.

0830 hrs to 0900 hrs

Welcome! Arrive at cruise terminal for visitor health screening and check-in. Please arrive no later than 0915 hrs to allow time for passport checks.

0930 hrs

Embark ship with the Fred. Olsen team, to learn more about the purpose of your visit whilst enjoying fresh tea, coffee and delicious breakfast pastries.

1015 hrs

The Fred. Olsen team will accompany you on a full tour of the ship – areas such as main and specialty restaurants, bars and lounges, plus a range of different cabins – and you will have the pleasure of meeting some of our lovely on board team who will talk you through their roles, and answer any questions you might have. 

1200 hrs

If the pastries weren't quite enough, you will then enjoy a three course lunch in one of our main dining venues.

1330 hrs

Join our sales team for a fun presentation where you will have time to ask any questions about the Fred. Olsen way of cruising. You might even get to enjoy a handmade chocolate or two!

1430 hrs to 1500 hrs

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, we will need to say goodbye and leave the ship – but we really do hope to welcome you and your members back at some point again in the future!

Please note times given are all approximate - all timings and details will be confirmed near your time of visit. 

Please also note that there is a considerable amount of walking involved on a ship visit. If you are less mobile, please let us know at the time of registering for your place.

Apply for your place by completing the registration form link above. Please complete one registration form per person, for every guest wishing to apply for a space on a ship visit.
Once your application has been successful, you will receive an email confirming your place on your requested date. If your application has not been successful, we'll keep your details handy and will contact you as soon as a place becomes available. We're unable to to hold any places until the application form has been fully completed.
