Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions should be read carefully. The following terms and conditions are in addition to our standard Booking Conditions found here on our website and any terms used shall have the meanings given in our Conditions unless stated otherwise.
Completion of the marriage and civil partnership renewal booking form ("Booking Form") is in acceptance of and subject to these terms and conditions. Please inform F.OCL directly prior to making a booking if you wish to raise any objection to any part of these terms and conditions.
How to book
The Booking Form shall be completed and delivered to your travel agent, or sent directly to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Ltd, Fred. Olsen House, White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LL.
Venue
The ceremonies are offered on all our ships, and are held in The Observatory Lounge, a public lounge open to all guests (complete privacy cannot be guaranteed).
Ceremony Wording
There is a choice of Ceremony wording options to choose from, which we will send out with the Booking Form.
Minimum Notice
In order to organise the ceremony F.OCL will require a minimum of two weeks' notice prior to the Departure Date. Each ceremony is subject to availability. F.OCL cannot guarantee an exact date/time will be available prior to booking.
Cost
The cost of the ceremony, including the package content described below, shall be £600 ("Cost"), any amendments or additions to our standard package shall be priced separately. Please contact F.OCL for a bespoke quote.
Payment
Full payment is required (including for additions or amendments if appropriate) we will be in contact once we have received the completed booking form.
Should you wish to make payment by debit or credit card, please delete above as appropriate and on receipt of this signed declaration form FOCL will contact you for the card details.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the ceremony you must provide notice in writing to your travel agent or Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Ltd, Fred. Olsen House, White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LL. The following cancellation charges shall be payable by you and your partner on a joint and several basis if you or your partner cancels the ceremony:

| 27-14 days prior to the Departure Date | 50% of the Cost |
| 13-0 days prior to the Departure Date | 100% of the Cost |
Whilst F.OCL will endeavour not to cancel the ceremony or make any significant changes to the advertised content FOCL shall be entitled to do so where, in F.OCL's sole opinion, it is necessary on operational, commercial or other grounds. Should F.OCL decide it is necessary to cancel the ceremony, unless due to a Force Majeure event, F.OCL shall provide a full refund of the cost.
