Email safe

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will only contact you by email if you have given your permission, but emails that you have asked to receive from us, including information about offers and promotions, may not make it to your inbox.

An increasing number of e-mail providers (Outlook, AOL, Hotmail, etc.) are making changes that can affect delivery and display of some e-mail messages. This means that sometimes those desired email communications might not reach you, or they might be displayed without images.

In order to receive emails from us in the future, and so they display properly, you may want to check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder to see if you have received any emails from us. You can normally open one of our emails and mark it as 'not spam'. Often, this is enough to rectify the issue. If further action is required, we recommend you add our email address, [email protected], to your 'Safe Senders' or ‘Address Book’ lists. You'll find details below on how to do this, for the most popular email programs and providers:

If, after following these instructions, emails from us are still being moved to your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder, please contact your e-mail provider as they may be able to help.

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the sender email address and choose ‘Add to Contacts’ or ‘Add to Address Book’.
