Trois-Rivières Cruises

Located on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River, Trois-Rivières was founded in 1634 and named after the three channels at the mouth of the Saint-Maurice River. The city’s historic district has a wealth of 18th century buildings, while the newer part of Trois-Rivières is a cultural hub – the most notable events are held in the impressive Amphithéâtre Cogeco, an outdoor amphitheatre using state-of-the-art technologies. Elsewhere, located in a former factory, is Boréalis, dedicated to pulp and paper.
