The facilities between UK cruise departure ports differ; however, the majority of them have everything you need to relax before embarking on your cruise. You can usually expect to find comfortable seating areas, refreshments and Wi-Fi.

Parking at your departure port is simple and stress-free thanks to our long-standing relationships with dedicated port parking providers. Each port operates slightly differently; however, there are always plenty of attendants on hand to assist you.

How can I get to my departure port?
If you prefer not to drive, there are plenty of other ways to get to your ship. The ports we sail from are easily accessible by rail. Alternatively, for cruises of five nights or more, we’ve partnered with Eavesway Cruiselink as our official UK coach travel provider. With pick-up points across the UK that will bring you right to the terminal, choosing coach travel is a comfortable and stress-free way to start your holiday.

Do you offer door-to-door transfers?
Yes, we work with CMAC to offer door-to-door transport for those who prefer a streamlined experience. It’s simple to pre-book your vehicle and know everything is taken care of. Please note that we’re currently only able to offer these transfers to mainland UK addresses.
