Promotional Marketing Tips

  • Take all pricing & cruise info from F.OCAL to ensure it's the most up to date.
  • Prices should have a 'per person' or a 'pp'
  • Only advertise cabins that are available
  • The Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines flag should be white with a dark line and spot in it
  • Try to be consistent with capitals, format & colours throughout
  • Ensure all logos & images are up to date & correctly labelled
  • Key lines to include in T&C's : 'some ports are at anchor' - 'booking conditions of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines apply' - 'all pricing is subject to availability' - 'intermediate days are at sea' - 'offers only available on new bookings' - 'room decor layout may vary' (if featuring room image)
  • If you are a member of ABTA the advert must show your ABTA number, along with a statement saying “acting as an agent for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines”.
