If for any reason we need to cancel our cruise, what cancellation charges may apply?

You may cancel your cruise holiday, subject to notice to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines in writing and payment of a cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale: Number of days before departure Cancellation fee being a % of the Contract Price for the Holiday 91 days or more 15% 90-57 days 60% 56-42 days 75% 41-16 days 85% 15 to 0 days 100% The effective date of cancellation is the date of receipt by Fred. Why is my booking not showing in the My Cruises area of your website?

In order to manage your booking online via the My Cruises section of the Fred. Olsen website you will need to sign up using details of the lead guest on your cruise booking. This will allow you to access your cruise information. If you experience any difficulties with My Cruises please contact our Booking Systems Support team on 01473 292 277. The team will be happy to assist with your enquiry. Alternatively e-mail internet@fredolsen.co.uk and we will arrange for a member of the team to get in touch with you.

Are there any celebration or special packages that I can book?

Can I upgrade my cabin?

Room upgrades on board our vessels are subject to availability. Please contact our Reservations Team on 01473 742 424 or email res.services@fredolsen.co.uk to enquire about the possibility of upgrading your room pre-cruise.

Where do I find my Guest Information Summary?

You'll find your Guest Information Summary in the 'My Cruises' section of our site. After completing all your booking details, we can then organise all your extras and send you your cruise tickets.  

How do I manage my booking online?

You can manage your cruise booking on the My Cruises section of the Fred. Olsen website. If you have not yet registered, you will need to sign up with the details of the lead guest on your booking in order to access your cruise details. Both your ocean and river cruises will all be logged within your personal 'My Cruises' area of our website. How do I book my Shore Tours?

Shore Tours for your river cruise will be available to book approximately fourteen weeks prior to departure. You will be notified by e-mail once they are available to view and book online. A booklet with destination and shore tour information will be available to you on board Brabant.  Pre-bookings can either be made online, through My Cruises, or by e-mail to shore.tours@fredolsen.co.uk Tour packages are available to pre-book only, with individual tours also being available to book on board Brabant – subject to availability.
