We do our utmost to ensure that the needs of guests with special dietary requirements are met wherever possible. All we ask is that guests inform of us of such requirements at the time of booking so that we can plan accordingly. We’ll do our best to source exact products, or provide certain foods, however we may not be able to source specific brands due to the boat's location or the availability of produce at local ports. Guests with food allergies/intolerances will also have the opportunity at the beginning of their cruise to meet with the Maitre'd or Executive Chef to discuss any special requests.
No matter which gorgeous European river you are sailing along or which engrossing destinations you’re visiting, the delicious cuisine you enjoy on board Brabant – which is all included in your cruise price – is sure to be a highlight of each day of your holiday. From the moment you wake up you’ll find there are plenty of tempting dishes to indulge with. You can start the day off right with ‘Early Riser’ coffee, tea and pastries followed by hearty breakfast buffet offering a range of choices; then at lunch, enjoy three perfectly prepared courses in the Panorama Restaurant – with buffet options available too – or perhaps opt for the lighter snack alternatives served in the Panorama Lounge. Satisfying Afternoon Tea treats are available daily in the Panorama Lounge too. The pièce de résistance of the dining experience aboard Brabant are the sumptuous five-course à la carte dinners enjoyed every evening in the Panorama Restaurant. Before retiring to the boat’s comfortable accommodation, guests who are – somehow – still peckish can succumb to their cravings with tasty late night snacks too. Our carefully crafted lunch and dinner menus feature a number of classic favourites, regional dishes inspired by the destinations on your itinerary and of course, vegetarian alternatives are available too. If you have any other special dietary requirements we will do all we can to cater to your needs too; all we ask is that you advise us of your needs at the time of booking.
