Departure Ports & Flights
We understand that you will require details of where to embark and disembark Brabant; so please locate your cruise number below, which will indicate where you will need to travel to and from. Embarkation is open from 16:00hrs to 17:00hrs, and at the end of your river cruise, we request you vacate your cabin by 09:00hrs. Please check back here for details of your check-in times and berths for 2019 river cruises. Please note that times will be subject to change without notice.
If you would like to fly from an airport outside London please request this at the time of booking; we will contact you to discuss options when the flights are released on sale. Please note that flights from an airport other than London maybe subject to an additional charge and may be non-refundable. Please see full terms and conditions for more information relating to flights and transfers. If you choose to book your holiday as 'cruise only' you can select your preferred airport, flight times and transfers that best suit your requirements. Guests also have the option to extend their stay, either at the beginning or end of their cruise, to explore a destination further. Be sure to check whether your are selecting 'cruise only' or 'fly-cruise' when booking your river cruise. Please also be sure to check embarkation and disembarkation timings for your specific sailing in order to co-ordinate suitable flight and transfer times, as a guide embark is usually from 4pm and debark at 9am.
Depending on the port, a security check in line with the Department for Transport’s regulations will be carried out. At check-in you will receive a cabin key which acts as your pass and on board account for the full duration of the cruise. Each time you embark or disembark the vessel your key must be handed into Reception. The Merchant Shipping Act prohibits the carrying of certain items on board ship, which include: All firearms and ammunition, sporting weapons, replica firearms, and explosives of any kind Knives and other sharp bladed items (including pen knives) Flammable substances (petrol, methylated spirit, paint thinners etc) Items containing incapacitating substances that could be used to maim or disable, such as gas cylinders, unless they form part of a ladies hairdressing kit Any other item made, adapted or intended for use as an offensive weapon For flights, a list of prohibited items will be detailed with your flight details. Please bear in mind that security on your flight and at the airport will be extremely tight.

Olsen flights depart from/return to any London airport, with any scheduled airline. (This is dependent on airline operations.)
