When will I receive my travel documents?
Before you embark on your cruise with us, you will receive e-mails including your booking and payment confirmations, tours information as well as key information relating to your departure timings and embarkation. Be sure to provide us with your e-mail address at the time of booking and visit the My Cruises area of our website to manage your booking.
Your eTicket will be sent approximately 21 days prior to your cruise.
