What preparations do I need to make if I am travelling in October? What tests do I need to book?
As we will not be visiting any red list countries during any our sailings, you will not be required to take a test prior to your return to the UK.
However, you will need to adhere to the following guidance:
1. You do still need to complete a Passenger Locator Form. Special requirements for cruise allow for you to complete this online anytime from 48 hours before your cruise departs from the UK.
2. For all cruises that depart before 24th October, you will still need to book a day 2 PCR Covid test, ready to take on or before the second day after you arrive back into England. Please note, this does still need to be a PCR test from a Government-approved supplier. This is because you will need a PCR reference number to complete your Passenger Locator Form before you travel.
3. For all cruises that depart after 24th October, you will be able to book a day 2 lateral flow Covid test, ready to take on or before the second day after you arrive back into England. This can be a lateral flow test from a Government-approved supplier.
You will need to travel with proof of your vaccination status, either via the NHS app or via a written letter that you can request via the NHS website.
