How do I book airport assistance?
Please inform us at the time of booking if you require airport assistance or would like to discuss a medical condition that you feel the airline should be made aware of. Please contact Guest Services on: guest.services@fredolsen.co.uk
Assistance includes:
- Help from check-in to your gate or seat
- Use of an ambulift
- Seat placement for medical needs
If you’ve not let us know at time of booking, please let us know by 15th August 2025, allowing us to coordinate with the relevant airline and airport in good time.
