After Visby, an early morning arrival into Stockholm kicks-off an overnight stay in the stunning Swedish capital, where you’ll be afforded ample time to explore in depth and at your leisure. Perhaps take your pick of the fantastic museums, including the Skansen Open-air Museum and ABBA: The Museum; witness the changing of the guard at the Royal Palace in the historic Gamla Stan district; or even take to the city’s waters and see the sights from a different perspective on a boat tour. Upon departure, Boudicca will carve a route through the craggy islands and islets of the sprawling Stockholm Archipelago – a simply unforgettable journey to experience from your ship’s decks. Classically Swedish Malmö, with its harmonious mix of old and new treasures is sure to delight. Historic sites including Malmöhus Slott Castle and the gothic Sankt Petri Church vie for your attention here alongside mighty modern structures, such as the Turning Torso – Scandinavia’s tallest building. Finally, before returning home, Boudicca takes you to Lysekil, where you could explore the colourful harbour and see the enchanting Lysekil Church, or even opt for a tour to the picture-perfect fishing village of Fiskebäckskil.

Smaller but spacious
A smaller ship doesn’t mean less space; far from it. Each room is comfortably sized, with all that you’ll need to enjoy your holiday. In fact, our rooms are comparable to those on some of the mammoth cruise ships. While our vessels are on a more accessible scale, you can have just as much private space.  With fewer people on board it’s easy to find a quiet spot to relax in peace with a drink or a good book. There’s room to stretch out by the pool and you can get ashore more quickly too. And when you’re ashore, you’re seeing the best of each port of call with hundreds – not thousands – of others, giving you a much more authentic experience.
