Perhaps you’ll opt to marvel at the awe-inspiring scenery surrounding Flåm from the Stegastein Lookout, which presents unspoilt views from 650 metres above Aurlandsfjord; or catch a ride on the iconic Flåmsbana Railway and see the cascading Kjosfossen Waterfall up-close. Boudicca will then divert into the glorious Nærøyfjord as your time in the fjords nears its conclusion. At just 250 metres wide at its narrowest point, this UNESCO-listed waterway is only accessible to smaller ships; and you’ll experience an epic journey along the full length of the fjord. Olden, the next stop on your scenic seven night adventure is situated amonst pretty meadows and babbling brooks, the perfect place for relaxing stroll. From here you can also take in stunning natural wonders such as the Briksdal Glacier – an arm of Europe’s largest inland glacier, Jostedalsbreen – and the beautiful Lovatnet Lake.
Scenic cruising of the Nordfjord – one of the longest and most picturesque fjords – will ensure a memorable end to your time in the fjordland. Finally you’ll enjoy a glide along Åkrafjord and past the Langfoss Waterfall, named one of the top ten waterfalls in the world by CNN; before sailing through the Karmsund Strait, another beautiful waterway out of reach to larger ships.
