Bolette will cruise along the scenic Nordfjord and UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord, home to the unmistakable Seven Sisters Waterfall. Experience the Norwegian culture of friluftsliv, and embrace outdoor activities from Bolette, such as hiking, birdwatching or fishing. You can visit Godøy from Ålesund, and unearth local myths and legends on a tour to Trollveggan (Troll Wall) and Trollstigen (Troll Road) from Åndalsnes, and in Olden, visit the Briksdal Glacier, formed thousands of years ago, accompanied by a local expert.

We have designed this Norwegian fjords cruise for you to experience waterfalls at their most powerful, and beautiful Springtime fjordland as flowers bloom and days get warmer. Bolette will cruise past cascading waterfalls and steep mountains surrounding sparkling fjords. UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord is home to the iconic Seven Sisters Waterfall, while Nordfjord offers the opportunity for you to experience kayaking through crystal clear waters. From Åndalsnes, take a ride on the Rauma Railway through the rugged mountains of the Romsdalen Valley to see some of the most incredible scenery in Norway. You’ll be accompanied by scenic commentary from our on board team as you sail along these beautiful Norwegian fjords.

Friluftsliv

The Norwegian concept of friluftsliv embraces enjoying life outdoors, and the connection with nature – whatever the weather. On this Norwegian fjords cruise, join a tour from Alesund to the peak of Mount Aksla, and appreciate the views across the fjord to the Sunnmøre Alps; or experience birdwatching at Runde Island where you’ll have the opportunity to spot puffins, kittiwakes and razorbills, amongst other species. As it’s during spring, you’ll also have the chance to take a not-to-be-missed RIB boat tour from Hellesylt exploring the outstanding scenery of Geirangerfjord. Do be sure to sample our made on board Aquavit, a distinctively tasting Scandinavian spirit made from caraway and dill, generally drunk ‘neat’ or in a cocktail.
