On hard-to-reach Faial Island, a wonderland of volcanic craters, lakes and valleys await exploration. When you finally arrive at Bermudan shores, sun-seekers and snorkelers will love the gorgeous Caribbean sunshine, soft pink sand beaches and azure, fauna-rich waters. In land, treasures such as the Crystal Caves, which are home to spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, are yours to discover too.[ReadMoreDesk]

You’re then in for a magical Central and South American discovery. An extended stay in Havana is the undoubted highlight; you can absorb the indomitable Cuban spirit and learn to dance the rumba, mambo and cha cha, sip rum cocktails and see Havana’s iconic sights via classic car, to experience authentic local life. There’s a taste of Colombian culture and heritage too in Cartagena de Indias, an ancient walled city famed for its coffee, emeralds and Spanish colonial history. In Mexico and Belize, perhaps take in the incredible Mayan ruins of Cozumel and Belize City’s remarkable archaeological sites. There are chances to embrace nature on this epic journey too; fauna-rich waters and coral reefs are within reach from Cozumel and Belize City, while on tour from Puerto Limón you could encounter sloths and monkeys in the Costa Rican rainforest. Finally, for one last unforgettable experience, you’ll even enjoy a navigation of the magnificent Panama Canal – one of the world’s greatest engineering feats.
