Captain Valentin Giuglea
Captain Valentin talks about the warm welcome he received by our guests when he was promoted as the Master of the Balmoral, along with an insight on what it's like be in charge of vessel operations and his love for our smaller ships.
Jefron Rodriguez – Maître D'
Jefron is a well-known member of the Fred. Olsen team, he manages the restaurants on board ensuring our guests’ culinary experience is perfect. He’s currently checking over each area and getting to know our new ships, Bolette and Borealis, so that he’s all set for when we’re back at sea. Jefron really misses our guests being on board, and is looking forward to sailing once again.
Richie Rego – Housekeeping
Richie is part of our behind the scenes team who manages the laundry and deals with all the provisions for our fleet of ships. Now we know who makes the sheets and table linen spotless! He loves being part of the on board family at Fred. Olsen.
Jose (Joe) Villalobos - 1st Engineer
