Prehistoric Temples of Malta (Tour E)

Travelling to the southern part of the island, our first visit is to Qrendi, where we find the Hagar Qim Temples, likened to Stonehenge and originally built about 2700 BC. The site of these temples – high above the sea – was chosen well. -
Malta Harbour Cruise (Tour C)

To embark the boat for this excursion we will travel to Silema. Onboard we will witness Malta’s living past from the water as we ply around the two natural harbours on either side of Valletta – Marsamxett Harbour and the Grand Harbour. -
A Taste of Malta (Tour A)

Our coach will depart from the harbour and will make our way to Mosta (meaning centre), which refers to its very location at the heart of the island. Here we will stop to see the famous dome, considered to be the third largest in Europe. -

Our tour will start with a short walking from our ship to the nearby harbour of Naples, where we shall board our boat to transfer us to the Island of Capri. Capri is still one of the most famous summer resorts in the Mediterranean and has been since the time of the ancient Roman Empire. -

After departing from the pier, we will first take the panoramic coastal road, climbing along the hill of Posillipo, the residential area of the city, boasting the most exciting views of the whole city and the Gulf of Naples. -

From the port we drive along the coastal road for approximately 15 kilometres (nine miles) to reach Trsteno. Here we will take a walk through the oldest and finest botanical gardens in Croatia, established by the Gozza-Gučetić family in the 16th century, containing an array of exotic plants and vegetation. -
Dubrovnik - Pearl of the Adriatic (Tour A)

Leaving the port we drive to the newly built bridge across the Dubrovnik River, to our first panoramic stop, which will offer us a spectacular view of the picturesque Lapad peninsula, the commercial port of Gruž and the Elaphite archipelago. -
Valletta & Mdina- A Tale of Two Cities (Tour F)

We leave the quayside by coach for a panoramic drive around the bastions of Valletta that house most of Malta’s rich heritage of history, art, archaeology, architecture and culture. We will also pass by Fort St Elmo, the historic fort at the tip of the Valletta peninsula. -

We travel onto Marsaxlokk, one of Malta’s largest fishing villages. Where we shall have some free time to explore this picturesque village, before we rejoin our coach to drive through some typical tiny Maltese villages, on our way to the Blue Grotto at Wied iz-Zurrieq.
