Due to fuel costs rising significantly since brochure production, it has become necessary for Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines to also levy a Fuel Cost Supplement for our 2009/2010 programme.

From cruises BL0905, BD0909, BM0909, BW0902 & BP0908, the charge will be £4.00 per passenger per night, with the charge for 3rd and 4th occupants charged at £2.00 per passenger per night.

This supplement has a maximum charge of £80 per passenger and £40 per 3rd and 4th passengers.

Where cruises also feature in the 2008/2009 3rd Edition brochure, the charge will be £6.00 per passenger per night, with the charge for 3rd and 4th occupants charged at £2.50 per passenger per night.

With these cruises, the supplement has a maximum charge of £120 per passenger and £50 per 3rd and 4th passengers. Please note prices on this web-site include the fuel surcharge supplement.

Ravenna is inland, but connected to the Adriatic Sea by a canal.
There are wall mosaics in the cathedral and palace which were re-worked by the Byzantines to remove the Gothic features. Popular places to visit include St. Francis Basilica and the baroque church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
