This tour showcases the true beauty that Norway offers; snow-covered mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, crystal clear lakes and breathtaking fjords.

Starting in Hellesylt, almost immediately you will see the mighty Hellesylt Waterfall which cascades into the aqua fjord. From Hellesylt, your tour coach will climb the mountains - passing the boundaries between the counties of More-Romsdal and Sogn–Fjordane. Next, you will descend to the shores of Europe’s deepest lake, Hornindalsvatnet, with an amazing depth of 514 metres (1,686 feet) and boasting crystal clear water.

Further on, the lovely Nordfjord will appear in front of you, and you drive along it to the village of Stryn and the Stryn River - renowned for its salmon fishing. Along the shores of the beautiful, turquoise Stryn Lake, you will head towards Hjelle. Continuing uphill, the road takes you across Jolbrua Bridge to the thundering Buldrefossen Waterfall.  Next, you continue uphill through the mountains, passing the Tystigen Glacier with its summer ski school. Through this landscape you will be able to see clear signs of landforms from ice ages that have scaped this nature like it is today. Shortly afterwards you will reach Grotli - a well-known tourist centre and training area for cross-country skiers – it will be here that you stop for lunch.

Feeling refreshed, continue through Fjellheimen, passing several lakes to Djupvasshytta, where you will travel up the steep road to the top of Mount Dalsnibba. What a view! Admire the snow-covered mountains, glaciers, lakes and, far below, the Geirangerfjord, where you may even be able to see your ship. From here you will descend, via the Flydalsjuvet viewpoint, before arriving in Geiranger where you will re-join your ship.
