Richard Shaw - Cruise Director
Rikki holds various qualifications in both Performing Arts and financial matters.
Rikki has been working on cruise ships since 1995. He joined Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines in 2005 as Host on board Black Watch and was then transferred to Boudicca for its Inaugural Cruise in February 2006; and was promoted to Assistant Cruise Director
He transferred over to the Balmoral this year (2008) in dry dock to help with the set up of the entertainment Department, where again he gained promotion to Deputy Cruise Director and now Cruise Director.
