To ensure you experience a swift & efficient embarkation, please arrive within your allocated check-in time window. Please avoid arriving earlier or later than the check-in window detailed on your cruise ticket. Please check the “Arrive No Earlier Time” for your cruise. To assist you in your onward travel plans at the end of your holiday, please check the Disembarkation Times for your cruise.
On arrival at the port you will be directed to the baggage drop-off area where porters will be on hand to take your luggage from you. Unfortunately, luggage without labels will not be accepted. Your luggage will then be taken directly to your room after passing through security checks. Wheelchair assistance is available from the port authorities on arrival. When departing from a UK port we strongly recommend you carry dress and suit carriers as hand baggage, since these can potentially get damaged when passing through the main baggage security scanners.
At check-in you will need to produce both your ticket and passport, so please ensure you have both readily to hand. When you check in, you’ll be issued with your ship’s pass, so you can then relax in the cruise terminal lounge until called to embark your ship. Most cruise terminals offer refreshment, telephone and toilet facilities.
