A short break with a difference: a UK and Ireland cruise will give you the chance to rediscover the beauty and diversity of the British Isles. Departing from a UK cruise port, your holiday starts as soon as you step on board one of our cruise ships. From the bustling town of St Peter Port, cruise the Irish Sea and experience the elegance of Dublin or take a trip from Belfast to see the World Heritage Site that is the Giant's Causeway. From Invergordon, book one of our cruise ship shore excursions to explore Loch Ness or, from Kirkwall, you can opt to visit the southern Orkney Islands. Our UK and Ireland cruises really do give you to easy access to some of the most beautiful parts of the British Isles.

    • Greenwich (for London), UK, United Kingdom
    •

We shall depart from Greenwich by coach and enjoy the scenic journey through Kent - the ‘Garden of England’ - to Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Nestled in the Weald of Kent, the property has been owned and maintained by the National Trust since 1967.

    • This scenic tour will show us the Devon countryside and a reminder of the Normandy invasion during World War II as well as stopping for a cream tea.

    • Spectacular Scenery of Donegal
    • Killybegs, Ireland, Ireland
    • Donegal has always had a unique character of its own and the political divisions of the 20th century have only helped to isolate it further. Here is a picturesque landscape of mountainous beauty, russet-hued like its famous tweed. Long valleys drop down from the mountains to a coast of rocky headlands, fishing villages and sweeping sandy beaches. It is a landscape of immense beauty.

    • St Michael's Mount (Tour D)
    • Falmouth, UK, United Kingdom
    • Originally the location of a Benedictine priory, St Michael’s Mount is the ‘daughter’ of the famous Mont St Michel in Normandy, France. It is also one of the most dramatic and famous sites in Britain.

Crisp and dry in the winter months; and pleasant and warm in the summer, a cruise around the UK and Ireland can be enjoyable at any time of year. While the hottest and driest weather is generally reserved for July and August, it has become more common for our cruise guests to experience Indian summers during cruise holidays in September and October. Average temperatures are lower in Scotland to those in England and Wales.

    • Average Temperature: 14º C
