Visit ancient Waterford Castle, now a luxury hotel and like the town's ramparts, a reminder of days when this was a Viking stronghold. Wander amid eye-pleasing cobbled squares and elegant town-houses; or explore Tipperary's Golden Vale, famed for its castles.

Abbeys & Valleys (Tour D)

Departing from the Viking City of Waterford, we will travel north to the neighbouring county of Kilkenny. Before arriving at Thomastown, a stop will be made for us to visit Jerpoint Abbey. Jerpoint is one of the finest monastic ruins in Ireland.

The Crystal City (Tour A)
