Kalundborg dates back to the 12th century and the best way to enjoy this old town is on foot. We will be transferred from the ship to the upper town of Kalundborg where our walking tour commences.

This walking tour is aimed at nature lovers and takes us to the beautiful landscape of the Røsnæs Peninsula, north west of Kalundborg.

- Lerchenborg Manor & Birkegaarden (Tour B)

Our first stop will be for a guided visit of Lerchenborg Manor House. The baroque manor house was built between 1743 and 1753 by General Christian Lerche. The main building, the farm buildings and the park are laid out to meet the strict requirements of the baroque style regarding symmetry, forming a harmonious architectural whole that is unique in Denmark.
