This excursion is ideal for those guests wishing to visit Bruges and have free time to explore this exquisitely preserved medieval town, and to have time to shop for lace and chocolate – Belgium’s most popular souvenirs.
This excursion is ideal for those guests wishing to visit Bruges and have free time to explore this exquisitely preserved medieval town, and to have time to shop for lace and chocolate – Belgium’s most popular souvenirs. Our coach will take us from our ship to Bruges, where our guide will escort us to Walplein Square. Having given us information about the sights, shopping, and places we may choose for refreshments (not included) our time is then our own. After approximately three hours we meet up with our guide again to rejoin our coach and return to our awaiting ship.
The coach journey each way is approximately half an hour. The walk to and from the meeting point in Bruges will take approximately 20 minutes. A bottle of mineral water will be supplied. Other refreshments will be at our own expense.
