Departing the quayside, we head in the direction of Tabernas, admiring the beautiful scenery and discovering the area where the film Lawrence of Arabia was filmed en route. Our first stop is at the village of Alhabia, where we will have time to visit the pottery shop and explore independently.
Next we proceed to the village of Laujar de Andarax, where we will visit the famous wine cellar of Bodegas Valle de Laujar. Here we will have the opportunity to sample the local produce before making our way back to the quayside and our awaiting ship.
TOUR NOTES: This tour involves approximately one and a half hours of walking, and there are some steps to negotiate. Uneven and sandy terrain may be encountered. The amount of walking during the period of free time is at the discretion of the individual. For reference, toilet facilities are available at Alhabia and Laujar de Andarax. One glass of wine, soft drink or glass of water per person is included in the price of this tour.
