DESCRIPTION CORRECT FOR THE 2011 CANARIES & MED TOURS PROGRAMME
The clear waters are shallow near the shoreline and the beach is fine white sand, making it an ideal location for a relaxing break. We will have approximately four hours to enjoy the atmosphere and discover the surroundings, before we return to our awaiting ship. TOUR NOTES: Please note that this tour is dependent upon favourable weather conditions. The amount of walking involved during the period of free time is at the discretion of the individual. There is an approximate five-minute walk from the coach drop-off point to the beach, and vice versa. Come already wearing your swimsuit under casual clothes, and don’t forget a towel. Sun protection, a hat and a bottle of water are also recommended. This tour may not be escorted, therefore we kindly ask that all participants exercise due caution in regards to sea and bathing conditions. Sunloungers and umbrellas are available, but an additional charge may be incurred (approximately eight Euros per item – price correct at the time of printing). Pedaloes and small boats may also be available to hire locally. Refreshments are also available to purchase from the many bars and cafés along the beach (at passengers’ own cost).
