Palamos, Costa Brava

Palamos is situated at the eastern end of the wide bay of the Costa Brava.
The modern districts that line the bay were brought about by the cork industry and later by the tourism, which helped the area to flourish. Museu de la Pesca gives a reflection of the past and current life of the seaman and women, while Museu Mossen Pau provides a collection of priceless artistic pieces.
