The Nou Camp Stadium with a capacity of 98,787 is the largest football stadium in Europe. The stadium is the home ground of FC Barcelona and is known to be one of the biggest and most atmospheric stadiums in the world. Its official name – Estadi del Futbol Club Barcelona – translates as FC Barcelona Stadium, although it is popularly called Nou Camp by football fans all around the world. At the stadium, we shall visit the Museum, which is a must-see attraction fans. The museum commemorates the history of this club, which was founded over 100 years ago. The first area of the museum is divided into nine historical sections, which in chronological order explains the nine stages of life of the organisation. There is also a multipurpose room, an area dedicated to the Centenary, and two areas dedicated to the Barca football school. Whilst at the museum we will be able to see the fantastic exhibition ‘Football art – collections Pablo Ornaque’ and a collection of sculptures. Furthermore we will be able to discover the temporary exhibitions also on display. Following our visit to the Stadium and Museum, we shall have some free time before re-joining our coaches for a panoramic drive of Barcelona. During our journey we shall see the bull ring, the Arc del Triomf, the Ciutadella Park and the Olympic village. We will finish our tour by passing by the Montjuïc Mountain where we will enjoy panoramic views of the Spanish Village, the Olympic ring and the Olympic Stadium. A brief stop at the viewpoint of Mirador del Alcalde will provide us with beautiful views of the city and port.

Please note that this tour involves approximately 3 hours of walking and standing. There are approximately 200 steps at the Stadium and Museum to negotiate. Unfortunately the Stadium and the Museum are not wheelchair accessible, therefore this tour is not suitable for passengers using wheelchairs or for passengers with limited mobility.
