REYKJAVIK, ICELAND

The potential for whale watching in Iceland is excellent!

We will have a short drive from the ship to reach Hafsulan – a catamaran type vessel, which will take us whale watching. There is seating on the ship's deck, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy a close proximity to the spectacular Icelandic nature.

TOUR NOTES: The boat is boarded by a ramp and there are 12 narrow steps down to reach the covered lower deck where the toilet facilities are. Therefore, it is not recommended for passengers in wheelchairs. The top deck, which is not covered, gives good viewing opportunities but it can get rather cold. We will be at sea for approximately three hours. We can not guarantee the success rate of seeing the whales, as these endangered creatures live in their natural free environment. Wind and waterproof jackets are recommended for all. The operation of this tour is subject to sea and weather conditions.
