Departing from Santa Cruz harbour we will make our first stop at “Humboldt viewpoint” for a photo opportunity. Here we will have a pleasant view (weather permitting) over all the green banana plantations of La Orotava and Puerto de La Cruz, the main tourist resorts in the north of the Island.

Departing from Santa Cruz harbour we will make our first stop at “Humboldt viewpoint” for a photo opportunity. Here we will have a pleasant view (weather permitting) over all the green banana plantations of La Orotava and Puerto de La Cruz, the main tourist resorts in the north of the Island. Our tour will continue onto Orotava Village, which is magnificent from an architectural point of view, noble houses and Palaces, dark and exuberant Canarian “patios”. Here we will have time to visit the Town Hall, the house of the Balconies (a handicraft centre) a 17th Century mansion considered a jewel of the traditional Canarian style, the Church of La Concepción, and the ancient area of the village. After our time in La Orotava we will make our next stop at the magic place of Pueblo Chico, where everything is smaller than we are and our dreams are made bigger with every step. A theme park on the Canary Islands with miniatures of its most emblematic buildings. A unique walk through the magnificent architecture, the splendid nature and the impressive past will amaze us. A great experience where emotions and technology join efforts to stimulate all our senses and enhance the beauty of the Canary Islands. On leaving Pueblo Chico we will take a short sightseeing tour of Puerto de La Cruz before returning to our awaiting ship via the highway. Please note that this tour involves approximately 2½ hours of walking in total; 1½ hours at La Orotava and 1 hour at Pueblo Chico. Some steps will be encountered at both stops; therefore this tour is not suitable for passengers with limited mobility.
