Snorkel over one of Cozumel’s world-renowned reefs. This tour is designed to give even the novice snorkeller a memorable and safe experience. From the pier it is a short taxi ride to the snorkel site. Upon arrival, PADI certified dive guides will assign us snorkel equipment, give us instructions on how to use the gear and then help us into the water (from the beach) for our guided tour. A staircase makes entry and exit easy. The depths at this site vary between 1-6 metres (3-20 feet). We’ll enjoy amazing views of coral formations and colourful tropical fish. This tour includes guided snorkelling and snorkel equipment (mask, snorkel, fins and vest). Depending upon the ships berth, we may walk to the snorkel site. Minimum age for participation is 8 years; an adult must accompany participants under 18 years of age. An insurance waiver must be signed before participation – you should be in good health to take part. We will be snorkelling for approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards we will have some free time to relax on the beach (Playa Aqua); please note that the beach is rocky, with only a small sandy area. There will be sunloungers available. Don’t forget your towel and sun protection.
