This two hour introductory tour of Oslo will give us a small taste of what the capital of Norway has to offer – one of the largest capitals in Europe in surface area.

This two hour introductory tour of Oslo will give us a small taste of what the capital of Norway has to offer – one of the largest capitals in Europe in surface area. We will make two short photo stops – one at the hill of Ekeberg where Oslo was founded more than 1,000 years ago and another near the Ski Jump of Holmenkollen. On the way we shall see the entrance of the famous Vigeland Sculpture Park. Driving through the city centre on the main street Karl Johansgt, we will pass monumental buildings including: the Royal Palace, the National Theatre, the Norwegian Parliament, City Hall and the 13th century Fortress of Akershus. Our English speaking guide will keep us amused and informed.

This tour involves no walking (optional at the photo stops) – therefore it is particularly suitable for passengers with limited mobility.
