Over the years Christmas in Tivoli has become a firm family tradition in the heart of Copenhagen. It is a tradition offering masses of Christmas trees, presents, elves and magic. Tivoli will be buzzing with life with more than 70 stalls selling Christmas decorations and original presents as well as traditional food and drink.

The enchanting Tivoli Lights, invented by Tiffany's head designer, John Loring, are a story in their own right – one thousand eight hundred light chains are needed for the willows around The Tivoli Lake. Another 5,000 metres are needed for all the Christmas trees and a further 1,000 metres for the buildings at Tivoli. For the young at heart, Tivoli's amusements will be twirling merrily.

TOUR NOTES: Walking of approximately 400 metres may be required to reach the entrance of the Gardens and once inside it is at our own discretion – our guide will leave us with free time at Tivoli. The entrance fee to Tivoli Gardens is included. Care should be taken as the ground could be covered in snow or ice. We shall spend approximately two hours at Tivoli. Refreshments are not included.
